摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞学说受到越来越多肿瘤研究者的关注.了解肿瘤干细胞的生物学特性对鉴定肿瘤干细胞并最终对其进行靶向治疗有重要的意义.最近肿瘤干细胞的研究进展迅速,同时也遇到的很多困难和挑战.文章就肿瘤干细胞研究进展和靶向治疗作一综述.The hypothesis of cancer stem cells （CSCs） is receiving increasing interest among cancer researchers. Understanding the bio- logic characteristic of CSCs is crucial for better identification and diagnosis of CSCs and eventually targeting of CSCs which will undoubtedly result in improved prevention and treatment of many types of cancers. Recent rapid progress in CSC research has also encountered increasing difficulties and challenges. We discuss here some of the progress in further understanding of CSCs as well as targeted therapies of CSCs.
