摘　　要：结核病患者体内由CD4+T细胞分化而来的Th1、Th2和Th17细胞亚群失衡。Th1表达降低,Th2增加。Th17细胞分泌的细胞因子白细胞介素17、白细胞介素23水平升高,为结核病发病的重要机制之一。因此,Th1、Th2和Th17细胞及其相关因子可能为此类疾病的治疗提供新的靶点和途径。Th1,Th2 and Th17 cell subsets,which differentiated from CD4^ ＋T cells,exist differentiation imbalance in tuberculosis patients.The expression of Th1 subsets decreased,while the expression of Th2 subsets increased.IL-17,IL-23 related with Th17 subsets in tuberculosis which play an important role in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.Therefore,Th1,Th2,Th17 and their related cytokines may provide promising targets and approaches for the treatment of diseases.
