急性重症胰腺炎47例外科治疗临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)的治疗原则及方法。方法回顾性分析47例SAP患者的外科治疗情况。结果 47例SAP患者中39例(82.9%)治愈,其中非手术治疗10例,治愈7例(70.0%);手术治疗37例,治愈32例(86.5%)。结论对SAP患者,应根据病因、病期的不同,实施个体化治疗原则。Objective To investigate the therapeutic outcomes and methods of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Methods Patients hospitalized in our unit due to severe acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Out of 47 patients,39（82.9%）healed,including 10 receiving medical treatment with 7（70.0%）healing and 37 receiving operation with 32（86.5%）healing.Conclusion SAP patients should individually treated,depending on cause and stage of SAP.
