摘　　要：目的探讨以提睾肌为修补材料治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝的疗效。方法总结我院自1998年以来施行以提睾肌为修补材料治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝的病例86例,并与同期78例使用补片行无张力修补的老年巨大腹股沟斜疝的数据进行对比。结果改良组有2例术后复发,分别为术后半年和1年复发,无张力组有1例复发。两组患者在术后并发症及复发率方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以提睾肌为修补材料治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝的疗效可靠,经济简便,值得在基层推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of eremaster muscles as repair materials for large inguinal hernias in elderly patients. Methods Elderly patients presenting giant inguinal hernias （ n = 86 ） received herniorrhaphy with cremaster muscles as repair materials at our hospital since 1998, whereas another group （ n = 78 ） received mesh tension-free procedures simultaneously. Results The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in postoperative complications or recurrence rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The cremaster muscle as repair materials for giant inguinal hernia were effective and safe for the treatment of giant inguinal hernias in elderly patients in primary clinical setting.
