摘　　要：目的:了解活动平板运动试验对早期复极综合征的检出率和诊断作用。方法:分析86例活动平板试验心电图,严格按诊断要求筛选早期复极综合征图例。结果:运动后ST段仍在等电位线上:阳性13例(15.11%),假阳性3例(3.49%),运动后ST段下降至等电位线下:阳性0例,阴性70例(81.4%)。结论:活动平板运动试验对早期复极综合征能起到鉴别诊断作用,避免延误治疗。Objective： To determine the incidence of early repolarization syndrome dy treadmill exervcise test.Method：We analysed 86 early repolarizanon syndrome patients with the treadmill exercise test require strictly,and found out the incidence of stress text.Result： After movement,there were 16 cases who ST upword to the isoeletril line,13 cases（15.11%） wos positive,and 3 cases（3.49%） was pseudo positive,other wise,there were to people who ST below to the isoeletric line.all of them was negatire（81.4%）.Conclusion： Treadmill exercise test can screen out early repo-larizanon syndrome patients,avoid delay the treatment.
