摘　　要：研制设计的大型燃气热浸镀锌炉，采用以对流为主、辐射为辅的锌锅加热方式，有效地降低了锌锅侧面烟气温度，延长了锌锅的使用寿命；同时以脉冲燃烧为主要控制方式的闭环温度控制系统的成功应用，使锌液温度控制稳定、安全、可靠。A large gas hotgalvanizing furnace was developed and designed. In the furnace design, convection heating pattern was employed mainly while radiation pattern subsidiary. So, the fume temperature around the zinc tank was fallen effectively, and the zinc tank lifespan was prolonged abviously. In the meantime, successful application of closed circuit temperature control system in which pulse combustion was the main control pattern, makes the liquid zinc temperature control steady, safe and reliable. Thus product quality can be ensured.
