摘　　要：介绍高分子量固体环氧树脂Ｅ—０３的二步法生产工艺，研究了原料树脂质量、配比、催化剂、反应温度和反应时间对环氧树脂Ｅ—０３质量的影响。结果表明，原料树脂Ｅ—４４的可水解氯含量应小于０００１ｅｑ／１００ｇ，Ｎａ＋、Ｃｌ－１离子分数应少于５０×１０－６，双酚Ａ应为聚合级，熔点＞１５６℃，色度小于２５度，含铁分数小于１×１０－６，游离酚小于００５％，给出了双酚Ａ的添加量计算公式；催化剂选用天津合成材料研究所推出的ＣＴ—４，按照文中给出的反应温度—反应时间关系图。Advancement technology for production of highmolecular solid Epoxy E03 is introduced.The effects of resin quality,composition,catalyst,reaction temperature and time on the quality of E03 were studied.The results showed the content of hydrolysable chlorine of resin E44 should be less than 0.001eq/100g,Na and Cl-1 ion part should be less than 50106,bisphenol A should be of polymerization grade,with a melting point>156,colority <25,Fe content<1106,free phenol<0.05%.The calculation of the adding amount of bisphenol A was given.The catalyst used in this product was CT4 produced by Tianjin Research Institute of Synthetic Material.High quality E03 could then be produced based on the relation curve of reaction temperature with time.
