摘　　要：工程安全监测是工程运行管理的重要组成部分,监测信息自动化、可视化和网络化是安全监测的发展趋势。介绍了一种由智能数据采集装置(ICE)硬件和基于Web的Safety Monitor Web上位机软件构成的工程安全监测系统(ESMS),分别从硬件的功能设计和软件功能规划等方面进行了详细描述,最后对该系统在江西某水电站的成功应用作了简要介绍。Monitoring is an important part of project management.To make monitoring information automatic,viewable and on network is the trend of safety monitoring.In this paper,an engineering safety monitoring system（ESMS） composed of the intellectual data collection equipment and the software of Safety Monitor Web on PC is introduced.The function design of equipment and function programming of software is described in detail.At last,a brief introduction is made of the successful application of this system in a certain water power plant in Jiangxi.
