摘 要:从渗透灌浆基本理论出发,以常用的球形和柱形扩散公式为例,在考虑黏度随时间变化的条件下,采用浆液各时刻黏度的平均值作为灌浆参数,利用数学理论中积分的方法求出浆液黏度的平均值,推导了黏度渐变型浆液在砂砾石层中渗透灌浆时的球形和柱形扩散半径计算公式,分析了公式的适用范围,提出了公式的求解方法。将推导公式应用于实际工程,实践证明:由于新推导的理论公式采用浆液黏度的平均值作为灌浆参数,考虑了浆液黏度变化的影响,所以更为合理,且更加具有实用性。Based on the penetration grouting theory,common spherical and cylindrical formulas are used an example.Considering viscosity varies with time,the average of different times grout viscosities is used as grouting parameters.The integral method of mathematical theory is used to obtain the average of grout viscosities.Formulas for calculating the spherical and cylindrical diffusion radius of grout with gradually variational viscosity grouting sand and gravel layers are deduced.The application scope of the formulas is analyzed and the algorithm for solving this formulas is proposed.The derivation formulas are used in practical projects.Practice has proved that the newly deduced formulas using the average of different times grout viscosities as grouting parameters and considering the effect of change in grout viscosity are more reasonable and more practical.
