摘 要:目的通过对急性颅脑损伤患者血清Mg2+、IL-6及IL-8的动态监测研究,探讨急性颅脑损伤患者外周血Mg2+、IL-6及IL-8水平的变化及其临床意义。方法取58例急性颅脑损伤患者为试验组,分别采用络合指示剂法和ELISA法测定颅脑损伤后24h以内、3d和7d血浆中Mg2+、IL-6及IL-8浓度,行健康对照。结果中、重型颅脑损伤患者外周血中Mg2+、IL-6及IL-8浓度与对照组比较有显著意义(P〈0.05)。结论 Mg2+、IL-6、IL-8参与了急性颅脑损伤的病理生理过程,其测定对于早期评估脑损伤的严重程度有重要的临床参考意义。Objective To explore the mechanism of changes of plasma Mg2+、IL-6、IL-8 contents in patients with acute brain injury and its clinical significance.Methods Plasma contents of these three parameters were determined in 58 patients and controls with the appropriate laboratory technique respectively (IL-6,IL-8-ELISA,Mg2+--complexometric indicator method).Results Plasma levels of Mg2+、IL-6、IL-8 were significantly higher in patients with moderate and severe brain injury than those in patients with more light injury (P0.05).Conclusion Mg2+、IL-6、IL-8 were involved in the pathological process of brain injury.Determination of their plasma contents were of clinical importance for evolution of the severity of injury.
