摘  要:在弱酸性介质中,茜素红(ARS)-铕(Eu)-美他环素(MTC)三元配合物的形成,导致体系光散射信号增强,据此建立了一种新的测定美他环素的共振瑞利散法(RRS).研究了相应的光谱特征及反应条件,且RRS强度与美他环素浓度在0.08848-4.424μg/mL时呈良好线性,检出限为0.07322μg/mL.此方法可用于片剂、胶囊中MTC的测定,且对卵清样品中的MTC进行加标回收,结果满意.In the weak acidic condition, the ternary complexes of alizarin red S (ARS) --Eu^3+ and metacycline (MTC) were formed, which caused an marked enhancement of RRS at 420nm. Based on the enhancement of RRS, a novel method can be applied to the determination of MTC. The spectra characteristic and the reaction condition of complexes were also investigated. The linear range for the determination of MTC was 0. 08848--4. 424 μg/mL and the determination limit for MTC was 0. 07322 μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of MTC content in tablet and capsule. The albumin of egg sample was analyzed by the standard addition method, and the results were satisfactory.
