摘 要:利用叶素动量理论进行了风力机的载荷计算,进而得到轮毂动态载荷的极限值以及叶根处的动态载荷,针对轮毂的结构特点,应用有限元理论,对水平轴风力发电机组轮毂的强度分析方法进行了研究,并介绍了一种轮毂与叶片连接螺栓的强度分析方法。以一台MW级水平轴风力发电机组为例,计算了轮毂在不同极限工况下的载荷,并对轮毂进行了强度分析,得到了具有较大工程实用价值的轮毂强度分析方法。The aerodynamic characteristic of megawatt wind turbine was calculated by applying the blade element momen- tum(BEM) theory, thus the dynamic ultimate load of the hub and the dynamic load of the blade root were obtained. Ac- cording to the structure and characteristic of the hub, and applying the finite element analysis(FEA), the static strength analysis methods were studied for the rotor hub of horizontal axis wind turbines(HAWTs). And a strength analysis method of bolts which connect the blade and hub was intructed. As an example, the ultimate loads of the rotor hub of a MW HAWTs in different ultimate conditions, and the strength analysis of the rotor hub are proposed. The strength analysis methods of rotor hub with more practical value in engineering application are achieved.
