摘 要:采用铁碳床联合过氧化氢氧化-混凝技术对制浆造纸生化处理后的出水进行深度处理,考察了pH值、反应时间、H_2O_2投加量和进水水质等不同操作条件下对COD_(Cr)和色度去除的影响。结果表明,在pH值为5、反应时间为120 min、H_2O_2投加量为100 mg/L的条件下对污染物去除效果最佳,进水COD_(Cr)浓度对COD_(Cr)和色度去除影响不大。进水COD_(Cr)为520 mg/L、色度为400倍情况下,出水COD_(Cr)低于100 mg/L,色度低于50倍,出水各项指标均达到《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544—2008)。The effluent from pulp mill after treatment by combined biochemical process can't meet the requirements of discharge standard because of high CODCr concentration and chroma.To solve the problem,Fe-C bed combined with hydrogen peroxide-coagulation process as advanced treatment under various conditions of pH,reaction time,dosage of H2O2 was investigated in this study.Results showed that the optimum operating conditions are as follows;pH value of initial influent 5,reaction time 120 min,H2O2 dosage 100 mg/L.The CODCr concentration of initial effluent has little impact on CODCr and color removal.The CODCr concentration decreases from 520 mg/L to less than 100 mg/L,chroma decreases from 400 degree to less than 50 degree after treatment,which meets the national discharge standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB3544—2008).
