摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机将共聚酰胺(COPA)与聚甲醛(POM)熔融共混,考察了COPA对POM结晶形态、相态结构、力学性能及动态流变性能的影响。结果表明,COPA的加入使POM的球晶细化,大大提高了POM的强度和韧性;当COPA的质量份数为10份时,共混物的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度均比纯POM大幅度提高。共混物在低频区表现为典型的非牛顿流体行为,出现强烈的剪切变稀现象;复数粘度在低频区随着COPA含量的增加而提高。By melting co-mixing copolyamide(COPA) and polyosymethylene in twin-screw extruder, the effects of COPA on the crystalline morphology, phase morphology, mechanical performance and dynamic rheological vehavior of POM were investigated. The result indicated that,the addition of COPA made the crystal grain more fine, it increased the strength and toughness greatly.When the mass fraction of the COPA was 10, The tensile strength and izod impact strength were increased greatly. Dynamic rheological results showed that the blends was a typical non-newtonian fluid behavior at low frequency. It appeared strong shear thinning phenomenon.The complex viscosity increased with increasing content of COPA.
