摘  要:介绍了双色注射成型原理,以带嵌件的双色电动牙刷壳塑料件为例,分析了双色注射模具的结构特点、模具工作原理和设计要点,巧妙设计了哈夫分型与弹簧内抽芯机构,实现了模具多分型面的顺序开合。The bicolor injection molding principle was introduced. Taking bicolor shell molded part of the electric toothbrush as an example, the structure characteristics, working principle and key design points of the bicolor injection mould were analyzed. Mechanisms of half cavity parting and internal core-pulling with spring were ingeniously designed. Sequential opening and closure of multi-parting surfaces in the mould was achieved.
