摘　　要：以双环戊二烯为原料,采用反应注射成型工艺制得主管为圆柱形的聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)长管和外形较复杂、内孔为圆柱形的PDCPD长管,并测试了管材性能。制得的PDCPD化工长管性能优异,可广泛应用于氯碱行业或其它对耐腐蚀性要求较高的石油化工行业。The polydicyclopentadiene（PDCPD） long pipeline with cylindrical-shape main tube and long pipeline with cylindrical-shape inner-hole and complex outer-shape were prepared by using dual-component reaction injection molding process with dicyclopentadiene（DCPD） as the raw material.The properties of PDCPD pipeline were tested.The PDCPD pipeline had excellent properties and it could be used in chlor-alkali industry or other petrochemical industry demanding excellent corrosion resistance.
