摘  要:用基本断裂功(EWF)方法研究聚丙烯(PP)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)/硅灰石复合材料的断裂行为,研究不同硅灰石含量对复合材料断裂行为的影响,并把宏观断裂参数的变化与复合材料的微观结构联系起来,从物质结构上寻求断裂参数变化的原因。结果表明,当PP/POE/硅灰石质量比为62/8/30时,PP/POE/硅灰石复合材料的比基本断裂功为83 kJ/m2,PP/POE/硅灰石复合材料的断裂韧性主要取决于复合材料屈服后抵抗裂纹扩展的能力,PP/POE/硅灰石复合材料的塑性变形能力更依赖于屈服前的行为。相同大小的硅灰石制得的PP/POE/硅灰石复合材料的缺口冲击强度随着硅灰石含量的增加而降低。缺口冲击强度高的复合材料,比基本断裂功却较小,耐长期破裂性也较差,说明基本断裂功比缺口冲击强度更能揭示复合材料长期破坏行为的特征。The fracture behavior of PP/POE/wollastonite composite was studied by using the EWF theory.Changes of wollastonite content in the fracture parameters as a function were investigated in terms of the microstructure of the materials.It was found that we values of PP/POE/wollastonite(62/8/30) was 83 kJ/m^2.The measurement of energy dissipation showed that improvement in the fracture toughness of PP/POE/wollastonite was mainly due to the increase in crack propagation resistance during the necking and tearing processes after yielding,while the plastic deformation capability of the material depended mainly on the properties of fracture behavior before yielding.It was also found that the impact strength of the material decreased with increasing wollastonite content.While the compsoite with high impact strength had lesser essential work of fracture,poorer long-time fracture resistance,which showed that essential work of fracture could post the long-time fracture characterics of the composite.
