摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定云南不同产地滇龙胆中龙胆苦苷的方法。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire RP18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水溶液(20∶80),柱温35℃,体积流量1.0 ml/min,检测波长270 nm。结果龙胆苦苷在0.077 4～1.160 4 mg(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=1.86%,n=9),检测10批样品其龙胆苦苷的含量在2.75%～4.87%之间。结论该方法简便快速、准确,可为评价滇龙胆药材质量提供依据。Objective To establish the method of the gentiopicroside in the plant of Gentiana rigescens from different regions in Yunnan province by HPLC.MethodsThe Watres Sunfire C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）was used,with mixture liquid of methanol and water（20：80）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 270 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.ResultsGentiopicroside showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0774 ～ 1.1604 mg（r = 0.9998）,the recovery rate was 98.8%,and RSD was 1.86%（n = 9）.The gentiopicroside content of Gentiana rigescens in 10 different regions was within the range of 2.75%～4.87%.ConclusionThe method is simple and accurate,and can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Gentiana rigescens.
