摘  要:目的寻求基于壳聚糖的巴布剂最佳基质材料配方。方法方法采用正交设计法,以巴布剂的持粘力、皮肤跟随性和膜残留性等为考察指标,对各种成分的用量进行优选,确定了基质中不同辅料的最佳配比。结果壳聚糖巴布剂基质的最佳工艺配方:壳聚糖1.5 g,羟乙基纤维素4 g,聚乙烯醇2.4 g,十二水合磷酸氢二钠1.8 g,聚乙二醇2 g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5 g,甘油6 g,吐温3 g,水108 g。结论优选所得基质黏着力良好,无膜残留,均匀性、涂展性、皮肤跟随性均较好,制备工艺切实可行。Objective To optimize the matrix formulation and the preparation procedure of cataplasm based on chitosan.MethodsThe factors affecting the physical property of cataplasm were investigated by means of adhesiveness,skin adhesive ability and layer residue of the cataplasm as comprehensive consideration.The matrix components of cataplasm were optimized by orthogonal design.ResultsThe optimal matrix allocated proportion was 1.5g chitosan,4g hydroxyethyl cellulose,2.4g polyvinyl alcohol,1.8g Sodium phosphate,2g polyethyleneglycol,1.5g polyvinylpyrrolidone,6g glycerin,4g tween 80 and 108g water.ConclusionThe preparation technique of cataplasm is feasible and the cataplasm has good adhesive ability with film residue,and with better uniformity,ductility and skin adhesive ability.
