摘　　要：目的比较研究柏子仁的传统及现代制霜工艺,寻找制霜新方法。方法以制霜效率,脂肪油含量及其酸败度为指标,考察柏子仁不同制霜方法的优劣;并采用薄层色谱法和气相色谱法比较其脂肪油成分是否一致。结果机械压榨法与传统法相比,制霜效率高,成品质量均一,酸败度变化较小,脂肪油化学成分基本一致。结论机械压榨法可以取代传统法制柏子仁霜。Objective To compare the traditional and modern processing method of Semen Platycladi.MethodsThe efficiency of manufacturing pulveratum,oil content,and its degree of rancidity were adopted as indicators to study the different processing method of Semen Platycladi.TLC and GC were used to compare Semen Platycladi Pulveratum manufacturing before and after the chemical composition of oil.ResultsMechanical squeezing making pulveratum,rancidity of change smaller.The chemical composition of oil did not change.ConclusionMechanical squeezing manufacturing Semen Platycladi Pulveratum can replace the traditional method.
