摘　　要：介绍了多功能竹炭涤纶织物的性能特点和染整加工中存在的问题,包括勾丝、色渍、功能性和色牢度差等,探讨了其染整加工工艺。生产实践表明,通过筛选染化料,优化染色、后整理工艺,加强生产过程控制,全涤竹炭蜂巢产品在布面质量、色泽、耐水洗色牢度、拼白沾色牢度、吸湿排汗性等方面均达到客户要求。Properties of polyester/bamboo charcoal fabric and problems existing in wet processing were introduced, including snagging, color patch and poor color fastness. Wet processing of polyester/bamboo charcoal fabric was discussed. Practical production showed that surface quality, shade, moisture management, color fastness to washing and staining of product could meet the requirement of customer by selection of dyestuff and auxiliaries, optimizing dyeing and finishing process and enhancing production control.
