摘　　要：目前的非道路车辆国Ⅱ标准．无论对国内外发动机制造商还是非公路车辆制造商并非难事。但是．要求更加严格的排放标准正在制定当中，据专家推测．非道路车辆国Ⅲ标准将在2014年左右实施．甚至国Ⅳ也可能在几年后实施。The off highway vehicles GB Ⅱstandard,which would come into effect on 1st October,2010,was not a difficult problem for both domestic and foreign off-road engine manufacturers.At present,more stringent emission standards required under development.According to the experts,the off highway vehicles GB Ⅲ standards will be put into force in 2014,and even GB Ⅳ may also be implement after a few years.The era of off highway vehicle emission standards GB Ⅲ is coming,and what impact will it have on engine and construction machinery manufacturers? Whether it will bring new opportunities when facing the challenge and difficulty? We invited domestic and foreign engine manufacturers and the manufacturers of construction machinery to discuss it.
