化控对棉花新品种DUS测试性状的影响

摘　　要：通过对农业部提供的棉花DUS测试申请品种(2006-073A、2006-074A)及近似品种(2006-073B、2006-074B)应用生长调节剂缩节胺(30 g/hm2)进行处理,以探讨化控影响棉花DUS测试性状问题,结果表明化控处理对株高、第一果节长度、铃柄长度、花铃期叶片颜色、叶片大小、柱头高度6个测试性状均产生了影响,从而影响了新品种特异性的判定。因此,在DUS测试中不宜进行化控,以提高试验测试和判定的准确性。In order to cope with the problem that effect of chemical regulation on DUS Testing Characteristics of cotton,two different treatments on the candidate varieties（2006-073A、2006-074A）and their similar ones（2006-073B、2006-074B）which were provided by the office for the protection of new varieties of plants,chemical regulation and contral,growth regulatory just are mepiquat chloride,and observation 6 testing characteristics.The results showed that effects were prouded by chemical regulation on 6 testing characteristics,assessment of the distinctness of new cotton varieties were changed.The suggestion that,the testing characteristics which were more effected by chemical regulation,should be tested in contral fields.
