摘 要:【目的】研究咸水灌溉对紫穗槐树苗生长发育的影响,确定适宜其生长的咸水范围,为咸水灌溉发展林业的生产实践和研究区域树种布局提供参考依据。【方法】以紫穗槐1年生树苗为研究材料,设定淡水(CK,0.22g/L)、3、5和7g/L4个咸水矿化度水平,咸水灌溉常规种植管理,研究树苗在不同矿化度咸水作用下的形态生长及生理变化,确定适宜其生长的咸水范围。【结果】随着矿化度的升高,树苗的存活率、株高和地茎的增长幅度有不同程度的降低,其中树苗的存活率受咸水灌溉的影响较小,7g/L咸水灌溉树苗存活率可达到83.33%;而株高和地茎增幅显著低于对照。随着咸水浓度的升高和处理时间的延长,树苗叶片的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量都有不同程度的升高,只有叶绿素含量随之降低。5和7g/L咸水灌溉时,这些生理指标与对照之间存在显著差异。【结论】矿化度低于5g/L的咸水灌溉对紫穗槐树苗的生长影响不明显,矿化度为5和7g/L的咸水灌溉后,紫穗槐能较好的生长,说明紫穗槐有较强的耐盐碱性。紫穗槐可以在地下水矿化度低于7g/L的地区广泛种植。[Objective]To study effect of saline water irrigation on Amorpha fraticosa L.sapling growth and physiological characteristics,confirm the saline water bound adaptable to Amorpha fraticosa L.sapling growth,in order to supply saline water irrigation and erea overall arrangment of different trees with reference frame for production practice of forestry development.[Method]Taking one year sapling of Amorpha fraticosa L.as research material,enact four mineralized level of saline water,CK,0.22 g/L,3 g/L,5 g/L and 7 g/L were designed.The irrigation of saline water is conventional plant manage.The study includes the morphological growth and physiological change at the different mineralized level of saline water to confirm sensible growth range.[Result]The survival rate of sapline,growth of plant height and stem tuber were decreased along with the increase of mineralized level,among which the survival rate of sapline were little affected by saline water.The survival rate of sapline could reach 83.33% with the irrigation of saline water,but the increasing rate of plant height and stem tuber were significantly lower than that of CK.With the rising of saline water concentration and prolongation of processing period,cell membrane penetrability,MDA content,proline content and soluble sugar content in leaf of sapling have rised at different range,only chlorophyll content in leaf was reduced with it.There is significant difference between physiologic indexes and CK at the condition of saline water irrigation at 5 g/L and 7 g/L.[Conclusion]The mineralized level of saline water below 5 g/L has not significant effetc on the growth of sapling of Amorpha fraticosa L.,but it can grow better at the condition of mineralized level in 5 g/L and 7 g/L.It indicated that Amorpha fraticosa L.has strong salt resistance and it can be planted widely at the area of mineralized level of phreatic water below 7 g/L.
