摘　　要：【目的】为获得野生刺山柑DNA提取的最佳方法。【方法】以野生刺山柑叶片为材料,采用CTAB法、SDS-CTAB法、SDS法和尿素法提取了3个不同地方采集的野生刺山柑DNA。【结果】通过A260/A280、琼脂糖电泳法对所提取的DNA质量进行检验,将其纯度、完整性、得率及耗时等方面进行比较。【结论】4种方法提取DNA结果比较显示,CTAB法是野生刺山柑DNA提取的最佳方法。[Objective]To get the best method of DNA extraction from Caperberries（Capparis spinosa L.）.[Method] CTAB method,SDS-CTAB method,SDS method and Urea method were used to extract genomic DNA from the leaves of 3 species of Caperberries.[Result]The extracted DNA samples were tested using A260/A280,agarose gel electrophoresis.The difference in purity,integrity,yield,time consumption of the obtained DNA were compared with one another.[Conclusion]CTAB method was the best one of the four methods.
