摘  要:【目的】对8份新选育早熟玉米自交系不同性状进行配合力和遗传参数的分析。【方法】试验设计采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,数据处理采用DPS3.0软件进行。【结果】杂交组合间的单株产量、穗行数、行粒数、穗长、穗粗、秃尖和生育期差异均达到极显著水平。JL02、新自3113、武314、98-174、OS87-24的一般配合力较高,新自4211×武314、JL02×武314、HD103×OS87-24、新自3113×OS87-24、新自3113×OS135-88、JL02×98-174的单株产量的配合力总效应值较高,是表现比较优良的组合。单株产量、生育期、穗行数、行粒数和秃尖主要受加性基因控制,应该在早代选择可以取得较好的效果。【结论】JL02、新自3113、武314、98-174、OS87-24是比较优良的自交系,可以作为亲本直接利用。HD103、新自4211、OS135-88可用于改良自交系,或者做针对性改良后加以利用。[Objective]The objective of this paper was to analyze combining ability and genetic parameters of different agronomic characters in eight early maturing maize inbred strains.[Method]The test was designed with north carolina design Ⅱ (NC Ⅱ) method,the data were processed by DPS3.0 softwares.[Result]The differences of yield per plant,kernels per ear,kernels number,ear length,ear diameter,bare tip and growth period during cross combination went up to high significant level.General combining ability (GCA) of JL02,Xinzi3113,Wu314,98-174 and OS87-24 were higher than that of other inbred strains.Total combining ability (TCA) of Xinzi4211×Wu314,JL02×Wu314,HD103×OS87-24,Xinzi3113×OS87-24,Xinzi3113×OS135-88,JL02×98-174 were higher than that of other combinations for yield per plant.It was mainly affected by the additive gene of yield per plant,growth period,ear number per row,kernels number per row,bare tip,it should be selected from the generations of early stages.[Conclusion]The lines of JLO2,Xinzi3113,Wu314,98-174,OS87-24 with the higher common combining ability can be directly used,the lines of HD103,Xinzi4211,OS135-88 with less comprehensive character could be modified before used and could be used after its apropriate improvement.
