摘  要:【目的】应用微核监测技术法对地衣细胞内的微核进行测量,对乌鲁木齐南郊区空气质量进行了评价。【方法】利用地衣移植法,从乌鲁木齐南山八一林场选择中国树花移植到乌鲁木齐南郊的红雁池电厂、乌鲁木齐市动物园和乌鲁木齐市人民公园等3个不同点检测地衣微核数量。【结果】3个移植地点地衣微核数量及污染指数之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),移植1个月后中国树花微核数在红雁池电厂为57个,污染指数(PI)为2.85>乌鲁木齐市人民公园47个,污染指数(PI)为2.35>乌鲁木齐市动物园(40个),污染指数(PI)为2.00。移植3个月后微核数在红雁池电厂为124个,污染指数(PI)为6.2>乌鲁木齐人民公园为(99)个,污染指数(PI)为4.95>乌鲁木齐市为90个,污染指数(PI)为4.5。【结论】研究发现地衣体内被测定出的微核数量与移植时间的长短之间存在显著性差异,可以作为空气质量评价的指标。[Objective]This research was conducted to assess the air quality of southern suburbs of Urumqi using lichens micronucleus techniques.[Method]According to the lichens bio-indication role of air pollution,using the lichens transplantation method to select Ramalina sinensis Jatta from August first forest farm in Urumqi and transplant the lichens sample to three different points in the southern suburbs of Urumqi such as Hongyanchi power plant,People's Park and Urumqi Zoo.At the same time,a comparative study was carried out on the micronucleus changes of the R.sinensis Jatta between three lichens transplanted sites.[Result]The result showed that after one month of transplantation the micronucleus number of R.sinensis Jatta.in Hongyanchi power plant was 57,the pollution index (PI) 2.85 in People's Park,the micronucleus number was 47,the pollution index (PI) 2.35 in Urumqi zoo,the micronucleus number was 40,the pollution index (PI) 2.00.After three months the micronucleus number of R.sinensi Jatta.in Hongyanchi power plant was 124,the pollution index (PI) 6.2 in People's Park,the micronucleus number was 99,the pollution index (PI) 4.95 in Urumqi Zoo,the micronucleus number was 90,the pollution index (PI) 4.50.[Conclusion]It was found that there were significant differences between the micronucleus number and transplantation time.
