摘　　要：电阻焊接在低压电器触点组件的焊接生产中应用广泛,其焊接质量的好坏直接影响电器产品的质量。在低压电器触点组件的焊接过程中,电极材料的正确选择是获得最佳产品质量的必要条件之一。针对一些特殊的触点组件,必须根据其特点设计相应的焊接工艺,这样才能既保证焊接质量,又能使触点组件的其他功能不受影响。Resistance welding is widely used in producing low-voltage contact components,welding quality will directly impact on the quality of electrical products;so in the welding process of low-voltage contact components,the right choice of the electrode material is one necessary condition for the best product quality;At the same time for some special contact components,it must be based on their unique features to design the corresponding welding process,so as to ensure the quality of the welding and the other functions of the contact components.
