机采棉棉花品质浅析

摘　　要：为说明机械采摘棉花对棉纤维品质的影响,使用SPSS及Origin软件对新疆石河子、阿克苏地区机采棉推广较好的团场中连续5年品级为3级的大容量仪器化检验仪检测数据进行统计分析。结果表明,与传统手摘棉品质相比,机采棉的纤维长度、成熟度、断裂比强度低一档,但离散性小,短纤维率高但长度较长,杂质多但分布集中。The quality indexes of machine - pick cotton is analysized by SPSS and Origin on the data of the testing indexes of HVI instrument of the same cotton grade from the area of Shihezi and Akesu of Xinjiang in five years. The study reveals that the length, maturity and breaking tenacity of machine - pick cotton are all one grade lower than that of hand - pick cotton, but shows fiber narrow dispersion and high radio long short fiber and more concentrated impurities.
