摘　　要：对大豆蛋白纤维、绢丝、羊绒纤维的性能进行了分析,开发了18tex 60/20/20大豆蛋白纤维/绢丝/羊绒混纺纱。大豆蛋白纤维纤维具有羊绒般的手感,蚕丝般的柔和光泽,同时具有羊绒的保暖性,三者进行合理的比例搭配,既降低了成本又保持了其高贵典雅、舒适的特性。对半精纺和紧密纺纺纱技术和工艺进行了探讨,对粗纱前罗拉速度参数进行了优化试验,纺制出了质量优良和服用性能较好的混纺紧密纱。The characteristics and principle of semi-worsted compact spinning system are introduced.And the characters of soybean protein fiber,cashmere and spun-silk are analyzed.A 18tex blended yarn of soybean protein fiber/spun silk/cashmere（60/20/20） has been developed through properly arrangement of the three fibers with the cost reduced and the elegance and comfortable property kept.The technics of semi-worsted compact spinning process are discussed.Front roller speed on the roving process is optimized.The made blended compact yarn is of high quality and better wearing performance.
