摘 要:采用负载钛催化体系[TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3],在反应挤出机上合成了聚1-丁烯热塑性弹性体(PB-TPE),与聚合釜本体聚合法合成的PB-TPE的力学性能、热性能、元素组成以及催化剂的催化效率进行了比较。结果表明,利用反应挤出法合成PB-TPE是可行的;与聚合釜本体聚合法合成的PB-TPE相比,其力学性能还不理想,在热性能和元素组成上也有一定差异,且催化剂的催化效率较低。The poly ( 1-butene ) thermoplastic elastomers (PB-TPE) were synthesized with suppor- ted titanium catalyst system [ TiC14/MgCl2- Al(i-Bu)3 ] in reactive extruder, and the compari- son to PB-TPE synthesized by bulk polymerization was conducted in mechanical properties, thermal properties, element composition and catalyst effi- ciency. The results indicated that it was feasible to synthesize PB-TPE by using reactive extrusion, but its catalyst efficiency was still not ideal compared with those synthesized by bulk polymerization in ket- tle. And there were some differences in thermal properties and element composition between the PB- TPE synthesized by reactive extrusion and by bulk polymerization in kettle.
