摘 要:研究了环保醚酯型增塑剂(牌号为RPL-1)的用量对丁腈橡胶(NBR)门尼黏度、硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能、耐寒性及耐油性的影响。结果表明,RPL-1的增塑效果明显,与未添加增塑剂的NBR硫化胶相比,添加25份RPL-1时硫化胶的门尼黏度、最高转矩、邵尔A硬度分别下降68%、66%、21;扯断伸长率、回弹性分别增加36%、38%;玻璃化转变温度、损耗因子峰值对应温度、低温脆性温度分别下降16,16,15℃,这表明RPL-1可显著提高NBR硫化胶的耐寒性。The effects of amount of environmental friendly ether ester plasticizer ( brand RPL-1 ) on Mooney viscosity, curing characteristics, mechanical properties, hot air aging resistance, low temperature resistance and oil resistance of nitrile rubber (NBR) were investigated. The results showed that there was an effective plasticization of RPL-1 on NBR vulcani- zates. Compared with that of plasticizer-free vuleani- zates, when added 25 phr RPL-1 in NBR, the Moo- hey viscosity, the highest torque, Shore A hardness of NBR vulcanizates decreased by 70% , 66% , 21 respectively, while elongation at break, rebound re-silience increased by 36%, 38%, respectively; Glass transition temperature, maximum loss factor corresponding temperature, brittleness temperature of NBR vulcanizates decreased by 16, 16, 15℃ , respectively, which showed that RPL-1 could enhance the low temperature resistance of NBR vulcanizates obviously.
