摘  要:准确评定埋弧焊管焊缝X射线检测时发现的气孔夹渣,除了要考虑气孔夹渣的大小,还要考虑气孔夹渣的间距。由于焊管的用途不同,所使用的评定标准和技术条件中对气孔夹渣间距的要求也有差异,有些标准在评定条形气孔夹渣时需考虚缺陷的间距,而有些标准在评定圆形气孔夹渣时不需要考虑缺陷的间距。只有熟悉并掌握各类钢管标准和技术条件的具体要求,制订合理的X射线探伤工艺,才能对各类缺陷做出准确评定。In order to accurately evaluate blister and slag in submerged welded pipe X-ray inspection,it should consider not only size of blister and slag,but also its gap.Because different purpose of welded pipe,as well as different evaluation standard and requirements to blister and slag gap in technical conditions for example,it need consider defect gap in evaluating strip-shape blisterand slag in some standards,while it doesn't required to consider defect gap in evaluating circular blister and slag.So,only if know and grasp specific requirements of every kind of steel pipe standard and technical condition,make reasonable X-ray inspection process,it can accurately evaluate every kind of defect.
