摘　　要：根据国内电影洗印工艺及自动化现状,提出了基于DSP的电影洗印工艺自动化控制系统的设计方案。采用32位DSP芯片TMS320F2812和图形化设计软件LabVIEW实现了数据的实时采集和洗片过程的实时监控,并可以对洗片温度,pH值,电动调节阀开度,片种,流量这几项关键参数进行实时记录和网络传输。现场运行结果表明,系统稳定、可靠、操作方便,大大提高了工作效率。According to the domestic technology of film processing and printing,and its automation status,a new design plan of automatic control system of film processing and printing based on DSP was presented.Using 32 bits DSP chip TMS320F2812 and the image design software LabVIEW,the real-time data acquisition and real-time monitoring are realized,and the key parameters such as processing temperature,pH value,opening degree of the electronic valve,film type,flow can be real-time recorded and transmitted through network.The result shows that the system is stable,reliable,easy to operate and high efficiency.
