摘  要:研究了氯化钾、氯化钙和氯化钠及其混合液对青引3号裸燕麦种子芽长、根长和发芽率的影响,以及离子之间的相互作用。结果表明,添加单盐较之比添加它们的混合液对裸燕麦种子芽长、根长和发芽率的影响大,存在显著差异(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差异;三种单盐溶液均抑制了芽长、根长和种子发芽率。添加三种单盐混合液对裸燕麦的芽长、根长和发芽率比添加单盐更能减少对芽长、根长的生长和发芽率的抑制和毒害作用。The effect of three kinds of salt(KCI,CaCl2 and NaCI)and its mixture solution on the length of hypocotyls,length of radical and germination rate of seeds of naked oat,Qingyin3# as well as ions interaction Was studied.The results showed that adding single salt had bigger impacton length of hypocotyls,length of radical and germination rate of naked oat than that of adding its mixture solution.there was significant difference(P0.05)or very significant difference(P0.01)between them.Adding single salt suppressed growth of hypocotyls,radical and germinationrate of naked oat But mixture solution decreased effect and harmful on hypocotyls,radical and germination rate of naked oat.
