祁连县高原型藏羊人工采精试验

摘　　要：为了将人工授精技术应用于藏羊选育,2009年8月～9月在祁连县藏羊选育中心进行了藏羊人工采精试验。经过30d调教训练后从藏羊种公羊采精获得成功,采精量0.4～1.2mL,密度中等以上,平均活力0.46以上。试验证明藏羊种公羊经过调教训练完全可以人工采精,并用于人工授精。In order that the artifical insemination technology was used in selection and breeding of Tibetan,the experiment of artificially collecting semen was carried out in the Selecting and Breeding Center of Tibetan sheep in Qilian County from August to September in 2009.Affer 30 days＇ training,the semen was successfully collected from Tibetai breeding ram,The collected semen volume was from 0.4mL to 1.2mL.The sperm concentration was above medium,The averagl sperm motility rate was above 0.46,The experiment results showed that Tibetan breeding ram which was trained could be collected semen which was used to artificial collecting semen.
