火针推拿配合关节腔内注射玻璃质酸钠液治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较火针推拿配合肩关节腔内注射玻璃质酸钠液方法和单纯采用电针治疗的疗效差异。方法:将96例患者随机分为观察组48例,对照组48例。观察组采用火针推拿配合肩关节腔内注射玻璃质酸钠液治疗,对照组采用单纯采用电针治疗。观察两组治疗前后夜间疼痛时间指数、上举、后伸指数、关节压痛指数等临床症状、体征的变化情况,患者和医生评价情况。结果:3个疗程后两组夜间疼痛时间指数、上举、后伸指数、关节压痛指数均有明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组显愈率为87.5%,优于对照组的68.75%(P<0.01);总有效率有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:火针推拿配合肩关节腔内注射玻璃质酸钠液的有效方法,优于单纯采用电针治疗方法。Objectives：To compare the therapeutic effect differences between the intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate plus fire needle and electroacupuncture.Methods：96 cases were random divided into an observation group（48 cases）and a control group（48 cases）.The observation group was treated by intr-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with fire needle.The control group was treated by electroacupuncture.To compare the therapeutic effect differences of the clinlcal symptoms,such as the index of twist appearance at night,the index of uplifting and stretching backward,TJC.The change of physical body.The comments from patients and doctors.Results：After 3 courses of medical treatment,there are great progress on above items.The cured and medicinal rate of the observation group is 87.5% which is better than that of 68.75% in the control group（P0.01）;no great difference on total effective rate（P0.01）.Conclusions：The therapeutic effect differences betwen the intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate plus fire needle is better than that of electroacupuncture.
