摘　　要：对OVJA1.6EE双面大提花圆纬机以及Paint Knit MDS1花型设计与工艺编辑软件进行简要介绍。在此基础上,对花型设计时底板色块数的不同对床垫布面料性能产生的影响进行了对比试验,试验证明四色块铺底的织物凹凸感更强。This paper briefly introduces the OVJA1.6EE type large jacquard double circular weft knitting machine and the pattern design and technology editing software of Paint Knit MDS1.Accordingly,it studies the influence of the color block number of the motherboard on the dimple effect of the mattress fabric surface.It can be concluded that when the color block number of the motherboard is four,the knitted fabric will show more obvious dimple effect.
