摘　　要：我国石化工业在生产和技术上都取得了长足进步，但与国民经济的发展和世界先进水平相比，还存在着产品增长率和产品质量、品种不能适应市场需求，加工成本高，生产装置能力小，原料适应性差和机械装备可靠性差等问题，而且面临着世界大石化企业在我国抢占市场的激烈竞争。为了我国石化工业的生存与发展，必须加强技术改造，扩大生产装置能力；积极采用新技术，降低生产成本；增加产品品种，提高产品质量，以及为加工高硫原油作好技术配套和加快炼油－石油化工一体化进程。今后５至１０年，在大力提高经营管理水平的同时，主要依靠技术进步。Great progress has been made in production and technology in the petrochemical circle in China.However,distances in productive scale,product quality,product varieties and technologies still exist in comparison with the world advanced level.The petrochemical enterprises in China have to face the challenge of overseas large enterprises occupying the market.For the sake of the existence and development of the country's petrochemical industry,countermeasures for reducing the abovementioned distances must be put into effect.In the coming 5 to 10 years,technical reform should be strengthened and heavyduty equipment should be popularized as management and administration improved.
