Z分综合评价法在医院新生儿筛查工作评价中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]调查开展新生儿先天性疾病筛查工作的8家医疗机构的筛查情况,并对各医疗机构的筛查工作进行评价。[方法]依2008年度的筛查人数分层抽取福州市8家医院,各医院选择与新生儿筛查工作相关的12项指标,采用Z分综合评价法对各家医院的12项指标进行评价和比较。[结果]8家医院中有6家在筛查率、筛查阳性召回率、标本邮寄时间等方面均可达到技术规范的相应标准,还有4家医院在样本合格率、筛查阳性、弱阳性召回率、资金回笼时间等方面未能达标。[结论]Z分综合评价法能对各产院新生儿筛查工作的情况做出比较全面的评价。[Objective] To investigate the newborn screening situations of 8 hospitals and evaluate the Newborn Screening works in hospital.[Methods] 8 hospitals were stratified collected according to the screened newborns in 2008,and 12 indices about Newborn Screening works were chosen.The 12 indices of these hospitals were evaluated with Z-score comprehensive evaluation method.[Results] The indices including screening rate,collecting time and mailing time could meet the technical specifications.But for passing rate,recalling rate and time of capital returns of the four hospitals can not meet the technical specifications.[Conclusion] An overall evaluation can be obtained based on the Z-score comprehensive evaluation method.
