医院感染现患率的调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解某院医院感染现患率以及抗生素使用情况。[方法]采用床旁调查和病历调查相结合的方式。[结果]共调查人数为1600人,医院感染率为4.93%。各科室医院感染现患率前5位分别为器官移植科10.34%、胸外科9.76%、儿科9.66%、神经外科8.40%、神经内科6.50%;医院感染部位前3位依次为下呼吸道、血液和泌尿系统;抗菌药物使用率为37.50%;病原学送检率为73.03%。[结论]该院的医院感染率位于全国平均水平,抗菌药物使用率较低。[Objective] To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection（NI）in our hospital,and to know the usage situation of antimicrobial agents.[Methods] We take the method of bed-side examination and medical records checking to investigate the prevalence rate of NI.[Results] 1600 inpatients were investigated,the prevalence rate was 4.93%,and the top five departments with high prevalence rate were Organ Transplant Section（10.34%）,thoracic surgery（9.76%）,pediatric（9.66%）,neurosurgery（8.40%）and department of neurology（6.50%）.The top three infection sites were lower respiratory tract,blood and urinary tract.The usage rate of antimicrobial agents of that day was 37.50% ;73.03% of the infective inpatients were delivered samples for pathogenic detection.[Conclusion] The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection（NI） in our hospita1 is at the general level of the National＇s.The usage rate of antimicrobial agents is low.
