摘　　要：[目的]总结重庆市麻疹强化免疫经验,评价强化各项措施的效果,探讨加速控制麻疹策略。[方法]收集全市麻疹强化免疫报表数据和法定传染病报告系统疫情资料,采用描述性方法对相关数据进行流行病学分析。[结果]全市麻疹强化免疫共接种8月龄～l4岁目标儿童5008565人,报告接种率和快速评估接种率均大于95%;强化免疫1月后麻疹发病率较去年同期下降了94.61%。[结论]此次麻疹强化免疫达到了预期目的,为后续强化免疫积累了经验。[Objective] To summary experience of measles supplemental immunization activity（SIA）,and evaluate the effection of SIA and accelerate the strategies for measles control.[Methods] All data were collected from vaccination rate of SIA and the information of net-directing reporting system of infectious diseases-based information system.The descriptive methodology was used in this study.[Results] A total of 5 008 565 children aged from 8 month to 14 years old were immu-nized in the SIA,both the reported and the fast assessment coverage rate were over 95%;The incidence of measles decreased by 94.61% at one month after SIA.[Conclusion] The expected goal of SIA had been attained,gained experience for catch-up mass campaign.
