摘　　要：[目的]为了降低护理人员HIV/AIDS职业暴露威胁,防止因职业暴露而感染HIV。[方法]对5例护理人员HIV/AIDS职业暴露方式、原因及暴露源进行分析,对暴露源严重程度及暴露级别进行评估,对暴露后人员进行紧急处理和随访监测1年。[结果]护理人员在发生HIV/AIDS职业暴露后,经过规范处理,暴露后检测HIV抗体均为阴性。[结论]护理人员发生HIV职业暴露危险客观存在,建立健全的规章制度并狠抓制度落实,是降低职业暴露的有效方法。[Objective] To reduce the threatening of HIV /AIDS work exposure among nurses,avoid being infected by HIV through work exposure.[Methords] The 5 cases on HIV /AIDS work exposure style,causes and sources of exposure were analyzed,and we investigated the severity and grades of sources of exposure,gave emergency aids and 1 year follow-up inspecting for nurses exposure to HIV /AIDS.[Results] Through standard processing,the anti-HIV showed to be negative when the HIV /AIDS work exposure happened.[Conclusion] The HIV /AIDS work exposure threatening existed among the nurses,establishing and implementing the rules and regulations is an effective method to reduce the work exposure.
