探讨洁悠神在预防留置尿管性尿路感染的护理效果

摘　　要：[目的]将抗菌剂洁悠神喷涂在留置尿管表面、尿道外口、包皮,观察其能否降低尿管伴随性尿路感染的发生。[方法]60例留置尿管的患者,年龄18～76岁,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组做尿管常规护理;观察组在尿管常规护理的同时喷洒洁悠神在尿道外口附近的尿管表面、尿道外口、包皮。比较二组患者留置导尿管尿液细菌培养结果。[结果]观察组尿路感染病例数显著低于对照组(P﹤0.01)。[结论]洁悠神有防止尿管伴随性尿路感染的作用。[Objective] To observe the effect of reducing the incidence of catheter associated urinary tract infection by spraying the JUS on the surface of catheter and urethral orifice and prepuce.[Methods] Sixty patients aged from 18 to 76 with retention catheter were randomly divided into two groups（control group and treated group）,each consisted of 30 cases.The patients in control group were treated by cleaning urethra.The patients in treated group were treated by spraying the JUS on the surface of catheter and urethral orifice and prepuce after cleaning urethra.The positive ratio of urine bacteria culture of the two groups was compared.[Resultes] Results showed that the positive ratio of urine bacteria culture in the treated group was dis-tinctly lower than in the control group（P﹤0.01）.[Conclution] It was suggested that the JUS could efficiently prevent catheter associated urinary tract infection.
