摘 要:为了得到更大起动推力,满足高压断路器开断性能和机械性能要求,论文对操动机构用圆筒型直线感应电机(C-LIM)进行优化设计,把粒子群优化算法(PSO)引进到C-LIM的优化设计之中。并针对电机优化问题的具体特点,提出多目标粒子群算法(MOP)用于C-LIM的全局优化。根据C-LIM应用于高压断路器操动机构的结构和性能要求,建立了多目标优化设计数学模型;并采用Matlab工程计算工具,编写了C-LIM的MOP设计程序,同时还制作了可视化界面(GUI)。对优化结果分析,表明MOP设计要好于单目标优化设计。优化的C-LIM,在推力增加的同时使电机结构尺寸整体缩小、重量减轻,提高了C-LIM操动机构的实用性。In order to obtain larger take-off thrust to satisfy the open-break performance of the high-pressured circuit breaker and the mechanical property request,this article will carry on the optimized design to hold the drive mechanism with Cylinder Linear Induction Motor(C-LIM) and introduce Particle Swarm Optimization-PSO into the Optimized C-LIM design.In accordance with the concrete characteristic of the optimized question to electrical machinery,I proposed that MOP,multi-objective optimization problem used in the global optimization of C-LIM.According to the requirements which C-LIM used in the driving mechanism structure and the performance of the high-pressured circuit breaker,I has established a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design basing on the grain of subgroup algorithm.And adopting the Matlab engineering calculation tool,I compiled a C-LIM multi-objective grain of subgroup to optimize the design procedure,meanwhile manufactured visualized contact surface(GUI).The analysis of optimized results indicated that the multi-objective optimized design is obviously better than optimized design in the simple target.And it proved that multi-objective algorithm is superior to the single-objective algorithm.Through the optimization to the electrical machinery,in the mean time of the thrust Increasing,it caused both structure and size of electrical machinery shrank,the weight of electrical machinery reduced.And that will increase the usability of the C-LIM drive mechanism.
