摘 要:以2A12铝合金铣削过程中的切削力为研究对象。通过两组刀具在不同刀具悬伸量和主轴转速下的铣削试验,测得各向铣削力,利用直接分析法研究了悬伸量和主轴转速对铣削力的交互影响,并使用回归分析法建立了两组刀具各向铣削力经验模型并验证其有效性。分析表明:切削力和刀具悬伸长度没有正比或反比关系,实际上存在着一个不适合加工的悬伸量(临界悬伸量),当超过该悬伸量后切削力反而减小;随着主轴转速的增加,临界悬伸量总体有减小的趋势,这为铣削加工工艺参数的优化选择提供了理论依据。The cutting force of 2A12 aluminum in milling process is the research object.Based on the milling experiments of two milling cutters with different extended lengths and spindle speed,milling force is measured.The interaction effect of extended length and spindle speed on cutting force is analyzed by directive analysis mothod,and the empirical three-dimensional cutting force models of two milling cutters are established by regression anslysis method,and proved to be tried.Analysis shows that: cutting force don't have proportional or inverse relationship with tool extended length,in fact there is a inappropriate tool extended length(the critical tool extended length),the cutting force will decrease if the tool extended length exceeded the critical amount;With spindle speed increased,the critical tool extended length will reduce.it can be as theoretical foundation of the optimization and selection of cutting parameters.
