摘  要:针对中原油田外围探区低温储层特点和压裂施工要求,研究了DW-10低温压裂液的配方组成与使用性能,并在现场进行了2井次的试验应用。通过对成胶剂用量和复合交联剂、复合破胶剂组成体系及使用浓度范围的优化,较好地解决了常规硼酸盐压裂液交联速度快、摩阻高和低温下破胶难度大等问题。使压裂液在保持了较高的携砂粘度的前提下,具有延缓交联性能好、破胶水化液黏度低、地层伤害率小以及现场压裂施工后排液速度快、增产效果明显等特点。Accord to the low temperature reservoir and fracturing construction requirements of peripheral exploration area in the central plains oil field. The prescription composition and service preformance of DW - 10 low temperature fracturing fluid, then two well - times exprerimental application field are carried out. Through optimizing the gelatin - forming agent amount and composite gel - breaking agent composi- tional system and their using concentration range, the problemes such as conventional borate fracturing fluid erosslinking speed fast, friction high and gel -breaking difficult great are better solved. Let the frac- turing fluid which keep higher toting sand viscosity has the advantages such as good delaying erosslinking performance, low gel -breaking hydration solution viscosity, little bed injury raw and rapid flowing back speed after field fracturing constructing, increasing yield effect significanly, et al.
