摘　　要：介绍了对离子交换树脂生产废水的实验室小试与现场中试的厌氧处理研究,着重分析了COD容积负荷对去除率的影响,并了解该废水的厌氧产沼气率。研究结果表明,在中温(37±1℃)条件下,容积负荷在6～8kgCOD(/m3·d),厌氧对COD的平均去除率保持在70%～80%,平均每去除1kgCOD约产生沼气0.4～0.5m3。The article describes the production wastewater of ion exchange resin in the laboratory small test and pilot test with anaerobic treatment.Analyzes the effect of COD volume load on removal rate and understands the biogas production rate of anaerobic wastewater.Results show that in the middle temperature（37 ± 1 ℃）conditions,the volume load is up to 6 ～ 8kg COD（/m3/d）,the average COD removal efficiency of the anaerobic maintains at 70% ～ 80%,and remove 1 kg COD with producing about 0.4 ～ 0.5 m3 biogas.
