摘 要:为解决高温钎焊时钎料流散和陶瓷表面被蒸发物污染的问题,本文制备了纳米氧化铝基涂料,并对涂层烧结前后的性能以及涂层在止焊及高温防护方面的应用进行了研究。结果表明,制备纳米氧化铝基涂料,主体材料宜选用α晶型的纳米氧化铝粉;本文研制的纳米氧化铝基涂料可在多种金属及陶瓷材料表面形成结合相对牢固和致密的防护涂层;涂层有效止焊及防护温度达到1140℃;涂层具有良好的易去除性,对所涂敷器件无不利影响。In order to solve the problems of brazing filler metal flowing to unwanted areas and evaporator polluting the ceramic surface in high temperature brazing process, the manufacture of nanometer alumina base paint, the performance of coatings before and after sintering, the application in preventing meltflowing and high temperature protection of coating are studied. The result indicates, in preparation of nan-ometer alumina base paint, the main material should select nanometer α-Al2O3 powder. The nanometer alumina base paint can form coatings on surfaces of metal and ceramic material. The temperature for coating to stop melt scattering and protect ceramic surfaces is up to 1140℃. The coating is apt to get rid of, and it has no side effect on performance of parts to be coated.
