摘　　要：目的：为观察骨肿瘤截除后采用铰链式人工膝关节的疗效。方法：为膝部骨肿瘤患者切除骨肿瘤行铰链式人工关节置换术８例，随访平均７４年（５５～１４年）。结果：显示铰链式人工膝关节作为膝部骨肿瘤截除后，重建膝关节功能，仍是一种重要的手段。结论：从术后４例并发症，如胫骨侧假体松动和膝前痛，认为有必要改进假体制式设计和加工工艺，并提出假体松动、膝前痛和其他并发症的认识和预防。Objective:To study the results of treatment for bone tumors near the knee with the hinged total knee prosthesis arthroplasty.Methods:Eight cases were replaced with hinged prosthesis for treatment of the benign or malignant bone tumors in the tibia and femora near the knee.The patients were followed up for an average of 7 4 years(5 5-14 years).Results:The results of these techniques were showed that the knee function were satisfactory,they remained with good condition.There were main two types of complications,prosthesis loosening of the tibial component occurred in two cases and fore knee pain in two knees when they walked more than one kilometer.Conclusion:The authors believed that improved the design and process technology of the prosthesis is indispensable.
